Best Events provides delivery electronically when it comes to electronic e-Tickets to download to your customer account, or by mail when it comes to Paper Tickets.
Tickets are usually shipped between 15 and 30 days after receipt of payment.
The delivery times may vary depending on the date of publication of the tickets some quotas being published shortly before the event by our ticketing suppliers. Your tickets can be sent to you until two weeks before the event.
Paper tickets are sent by post with a tracking number and delivered with signature. An email containing a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment of your order.
The shipping costs include the preparation costs as well as the shipping costs. We recommend that you group your tickets in one order.
Best Events undertakes to inform the Buyer in the event of delay in the dispatch of the Tickets.
