How long to send the tickets?
Tickets are usually send between 15 and 30 days after receipt of payment. Best Events provides delivery electronically when it comes to electronic e-Tickets to download to your customer account, or by mail when it comes to paper tickets.

I want to modify an order, is it possible? How to do ?
All orders placed on Best Events are firm and final.

The amount of the refund is set at 95% of the initial amount of the order.

Event has been canceled or postponed, what are my options?
In case of cancellation of Event, Best Events will cancel the full costs incurred for your order, provided that the ticket (s) are returned to us
If you have lost one or more tickets, they will not be refunded. The refund will be made directly to the account used for the purchase. In case of postponement of the event, the cancellation is also possible, as well as postponement to the extent of availability. In both cases, returning the tickets is imperative. The return costs will be borne by the customer. On the other hand, the redirection of the updated orders is the responsibility of Best Events.
